Ceramic Open Studio

1/2 Days for 4 Saturdays
Date Offered: Jan. 21-Feb. 11, 2012 ~ 10am-1pm
Tuition: $245 (the tuition fee also covers the students first 25 lbs. of clay and glazes)
* a nominal kiln firing fee of .05 cents per cubic inch is not included in the tuition, this may be paid on the last day of class (typical firing charges range from $10-$30 depending on how many pieces you make).
This course allows beginners to advanced level students, to choose the ceramic projects they would like to work on with the instructor. Different techniques of wheel throwing, hand building, glazing, and firing will be explored. Open Studio is also an ideal class for those students looking to hone and improve upon some of their specific ceramic skills and techniques.
